Pickup Policy
At Thanima Fresh, we understand that some customers prefer the convenience of picking up their orders in person. That's why we offer a pickup option for our valued customers. Our pickup policy ensures a smooth and efficient process for both our customers and our staff.
How to Request Pickup:
To request a pickup, simply follow these steps:
- Place your order on our website or through our customer service team via Whatsapp.
- During the checkout process, select the "Pickup" option as your preferred delivery method.
- Complete the checkout process and make the payment for your order.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please check the below table on the timings and inform us about your arrival via whatsapp / email.

Identification and Proof of Purchase:
When picking up your order, please bring a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation email. This is to ensure that you are the authorized recipient of the order.
Someone Else Picking Up Your Order:
If you are unable to pick up your order personally, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf. Please provide them with a copy of your order confirmation email .
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make any changes to your pickup order or cancel it, please contact our customer service team at support@thanimafresh.nl or via Whatsapp at +31 643800307. Please note that changes or cancellations may only be possible within a certain timeframe before the scheduled pickup.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
- If you cancel your order before the delivery process begins, you will be charged a Paymate gate fee of 2 euros.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Delivery Starts:
- If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started, there will be an additional delivery fee of 3 euros.
- The Paymate gate fee of 2 euros will still be applicable.
- The remaining amount after deducting the Paymate gate fee and the additional delivery fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business working days after confirming the eligibility for a refund.
Missed Pickups:
If you miss your scheduled pickup without notifying us in advance, your order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. After that, it will be considered abandoned, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
