Shipping policy

We put our best efforts to have your order delivered on the delivery date communicated by us in the webshop or by email. However, please note the delivery dates provided by us are only our best estimates and the actual delivery of your order may be earlier or later than this date. Any change made by the delivery service is beyond our control and our liability.

In case a shipment is undelivered or refused at the time of delivery, we consider the items as returns and reserve the right to charge the full shipping cost of the shipment and any other applicable fee (including transaction charges). In case you decide to cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge the applicable transaction charges. You cannot cancel an order once shipped.

Order and the goods become your responsibility and ownership after you have received an order.
